Required on the confirmation form: calculation gender, exact local birth date and time, a city-selected birth location with coordinates and timezone, number of older same-gender siblings from the same biological parents, and the lineages saved with your cart.

Typical delivery after intake acceptance: 5-7 business days for one lineage, 7-10 for three, and 10-15 for all five. Please judge carefully before placing an order. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, Dhammada does not issue cash refunds. If the birth record cannot be accepted for calculation, the order is cancelled and the amount is issued as store credit.

Privacy: Sensitive birth data, calculation working files, and Dhammada's retained report copy are deleted from active fulfillment storage no later than 72 hours after the delivery email, subject to the limited exceptions in the Privacy Policy.
