How It Works

Dhammada sells remote digital services. Nothing is shipped. Pay in Shopify first. Work starts after Dhammada accepts the required photographs or horoscope details, not at checkout.

Amulet and ornament services

1. Choose the service. Start with an Energy Assessment for one object. A completed assessment is required before either clearing service. Choose Set Creation when you want a recommended combination from up to five objects for one intended wearer.
2. Complete checkout. Pay for the selected service. No shipping address is required.
3. Send photographs. Reply to the order confirmation and keep the order number in the subject. Follow the Photo Guide. Clearing orders must include the earlier Dhammada assessment order number.
4. Intake is checked. Work begins only after the photos are clear enough and any prerequisite order has been verified. If a replacement image is needed, Dhammada will ask before the service begins.
5. Receive the result. The digital result is sent to the checkout email address. Typical turnaround begins when the photographs and any prerequisite are accepted.

Horoscope reports

1. Choose Natal or 12-Month Transit. Transit requires a completed Dhammada Natal Horoscope Reading for every selected lineage.
2. Choose the package and lineages. One lineage, any three, or all five. Before adding the report to the cart, select exactly the matching number from Chinese Zi Ping BaZi, Thai Inthabhas-Bahtchan, Western Tropical with Placidus houses, Vedic Jyotish, and Hamburg Uranian.
3. Complete checkout. Pay for the selected package. No shipping address is required. Please judge carefully before placing an order. Dhammada does not issue cash refunds except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Submit the intake form. Open the order-linked form from the Shopify confirmation email. For Natal, enter calculation gender, exact local birth date and time, birth city and country, number of older same-gender siblings from the same biological parents, and the selected lineages. For Transit, include the qualifying natal order number and forecast start date as well.
5. Intake is checked. The delivery clock starts only after the birth record, package count, and any natal prerequisite are accepted. If the natal birth record cannot be accepted for calculation, the Natal order is cancelled and the amount is issued as store credit.
6. Receive the reports. Selected traditions are delivered as separate HTML readings. Typical delivery after acceptance is 5–7 business days for one lineage, 7–10 for any three, and 10–15 for all five.

Sensitive birth data, calculation working files, and Dhammada’s retained report copy are deleted from active fulfillment storage no later than 72 hours after the delivery email. A future Transit order therefore requires the complete birth record to be submitted again.
