1. General

This website (“Site”) is operated by Dhammada Co., Ltd. By accessing or purchasing through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Products and Services

Dhammada provides energy-compatibility assessments and sells spiritual and decorative objects. Assessments are for personal insight only and are not medical or scientific diagnoses.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD or THB and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Fulfillment

Digital services are delivered via email within 3 business days after payment and receipt of customer photographs. Physical products ship within 5–7 business days via the chosen courier.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final once placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submission.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this Site are property of Dhammada Co., Ltd. and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dhammada Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services or products. All services are provided “as is.”

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules. If arbitration is not final, the courts of Thailand shall have jurisdiction.

9. Privacy and Data

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
