Scope
Dhammada provides remote spiritual and interpretive digital services using customer-supplied photographs and birth details. No physical product is shipped for the services currently sold on this store.
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Full payment is required before intake review. Except where applicable mandatory law requires a different remedy, Dhammada does not issue cash refunds. Please judge carefully before placing an order. If an order cannot be performed, the unperformed amount is issued as store credit under the Refund Policy.
Request to begin personalized work
Submitting the required intake is an express request for Dhammada to begin the personalized service before any otherwise applicable cancellation or withdrawal period expires. At intake, the customer must acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer may owe for work performed if the customer withdraws after performance begins, and an applicable withdrawal right may be lost once the service is fully performed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. Mandatory consumer protection in the customer's jurisdiction continues to apply where the law requires it.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide a working checkout email address, accurate order information, acceptable photographs, complete birth details where required, and any prerequisite order number. After checkout, photo-service customers reply to the order confirmation with the required images; horoscope customers complete the online intake form linked in the confirmation.
A customer who submits another person's photograph confirms that the person consented to that use.
Dhammada may pause an order and request corrected intake. Delivery estimates begin only after all required intake and prerequisites have been accepted.
Amulet and ornament services
Assessments, clearings, and set recommendations are performed within Dhammada's practitioner framework. They do not authenticate, appraise, insure, certify, or establish the age, origin, material, ownership, safety, legality, or physical provenance of an object.
A General or Detailed Clearing requires a completed Dhammada Energy Assessment for the same object.
Horoscope services
Horoscope readings are interpretive reports based on the selected lineage and the birth record you supply. Natal and Transit intake both require calculation gender, exact local birth date and time, a city-selected birth location with coordinates and timezone, the number of older siblings of the same gender from the same biological parents, and the selected lineage or lineages. The customer must select exactly the number of lineages included in the purchased package.
A 12-Month Transit Horoscope Reading requires a completed Dhammada Natal Horoscope Reading for every selected lineage. Because sensitive birth data and working report copies are deleted under the Privacy Policy, Transit customers must resubmit the complete birth record and the qualifying Natal order number.
Typical delivery after intake acceptance is 5-7 business days for one lineage, 7-10 for any three, and 10-15 for all five. These are service targets, not guaranteed deadlines.
No guaranteed outcome
Results vary. Dhammada does not guarantee a particular score, score change, personal effect, event, prediction, or outcome. Services are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice and should not replace qualified professional care.
Delivery
Digital results are sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for checking filtered or junk mail.
Typical amulet turnaround after accepted intake:
- Energy Assessment: 2-3 business days
- General Clearing: 3-5 business days after prerequisite verification
- Detailed Clearing: 5-7 business days after prerequisite verification
- Set Creation: 5-7 business days after all acceptable photos are received
Intellectual property
You may use the delivered report for personal, non-commercial use. Dhammada retains its methods, templates, scoring framework, calculations, and report design. Customer photographs remain the customer's content and are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, images without consent, or material that infringes another person's rights. Dhammada may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or within these terms.
Limitation of liability
Dhammada Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Services are provided as is, except for rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Customer information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall first be referred to arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules. If that does not finally resolve the dispute, the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
