1. Fulfillment of Services

Digital services (BOCA, MOCA, DOCA assessments and related reports) are fulfilled within 3 business days after both payment and receipt of required photographs from the customer.

2. Shipping of Physical Products

Gemstones, amulets, and other physical items ship from Thailand within 5–7 business days after order confirmation via the courier service selected by the customer at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on destination and the chosen courier’s service level. Dhammada cannot guarantee delivery dates once shipments are handed to carriers.

4. Customs and Duties

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance charges. Customers are responsible for these fees in their jurisdiction.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We use trackable delivery methods whenever possible. If a shipment is lost or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery attempt; we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
