Does an assessment prove authenticity or value?
No. It is a metaphysical assessment within Dhammada’s practitioner framework. It does not authenticate, appraise, insure, or establish provenance.
Can I order a clearing without an assessment?
No. A completed Dhammada assessment for the same object is required first. Include the earlier order number when you reply to the clearing confirmation.
What is the difference between general and detailed clearing?
General Clearing applies the standard clearing process. Detailed Clearing uses the extended process across all 11 macro-values. Both include a new post-clearing assessment.
Is a particular result guaranteed?
No. Results vary and are reported as observed within the selected practice or astrological lineage. No personal, medical, legal, financial, or physical outcome is guaranteed.
Do I ship the object to Dhammada?
No. These services are remote. After checkout, reply to the order confirmation with the required photographs. Horoscope orders need birth details through the confirmation form, not object photographs.
When does the turnaround period begin?
It begins when all required photos, birth details, selections, and prerequisite information have been accepted. Payment alone does not start the delivery clock.
How are Dhammada horoscope reports different from prompt-only AI text?
Dhammada starts with complete birth data, a calculated chart, and the selected lineage’s own evidence structure. Writing comes afterward. Editorial AI may help polish language but cannot change chart facts, dates, timing periods, or admitted conclusions.
Which lineages can I choose?
The current offer is five lineages, delivered separately: Chinese Zi Ping BaZi, Thai Inthabhas-Bahtchan, Western Tropical with Placidus houses, Vedic Jyotish, and Hamburg Uranian. Color Affinity and Convergence are not part of this release. Preview demonstration chart plates.
Can I buy a Transit report without a Dhammada natal report?
No. A 12-Month Transit Horoscope Reading requires a completed Dhammada Natal Horoscope Reading for every selected lineage. Enter that natal order number on the Transit intake form linked in the confirmation email.
Why do you require exact birth time?
Several lineages depend on time-sensitive chart positions, houses, axes, or period boundaries. If the natal birth record cannot be accepted for calculation, the Natal order is cancelled and the amount is issued as store credit. There is no cash refund except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
How do I send intake after I pay?
For amulet and set services, reply to the order confirmation email and keep the order number in the subject. Attach the photographs required by the Photo Guide.
For horoscope reports, open the intake form linked in the same confirmation email. Do not send payment card numbers or identity documents.
How is my data handled?
Submitted photos, birth details, and other intake data are used only to fulfill and support the order. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
Do you offer refunds?
No cash refunds except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Please judge carefully before placing an order. If an order cannot be performed, the unperformed amount is issued as store credit toward other Dhammada services. After intake is accepted and work has begun, there is no refund and no store credit under Dhammada’s commercial policy. See the Refund Policy.
