1. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the personalized and energetic nature of our services and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason.

2. Service Fulfillment

Digital services are considered fulfilled once the assessment results or scorecards are delivered via email.

3. Physical Goods

Every amulet and gemstone is inspected before dispatch. Should you receive a damaged item due to shipping, contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence so we can assist with a carrier claim.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • BOCA, MOCA, DOCA assessments and any other digital reports
  • Custom amulet orders or energy alignment items
  • Gift cards and discount vouchers
