Dhammada Co., Ltd. uses this information only to match your order, validate the birth record and prerequisite, calculate the selected reports, deliver them, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable accounting, tax, and legal duties.

Shopify delivers this form to Dhammada. Shopify and necessary service providers may process data outside Thailand or the EEA under their applicable safeguards. Birth data and reports are not used for advertising or to train public AI models. Sensitive intake, calculation working files, and Dhammada's retained report copy are deleted from active fulfillment storage no later than 72 hours after the delivery email, subject only to the limited legal and support exceptions in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit identity documents, passwords, or payment card details. The turnaround clock begins after Dhammada accepts the complete intake.
